After working here for 3 years so far so good , I have been working in trucking business since 2005 as a truck driver, I like this company, they always have loads keep me moving, I got more chance to make more money, dispatch always send driver to location that you can get load out, if you are looking for new company to start, I recommend Highboost

Cut throat, shady company Wasn’t going to do this, but today they did more shady stuff Experienced driver, oversized equipment Another trucking company that has poor character, only cares about certain drivers, messes with your time and money Timeline -Misinformed on tractor speed, detention pay, recaps, Etc before arrival -had to remind the rude human resource lady several times to edit my contract to $1500 deposit instead of the typo $2500 -put my two weeks in on 2nd day because I felt more lies were coming (they charge you $500, if you don’t put in your two weeks and leave) -Recruiter randomly tells me I have to pay for the prescreen drug test, a week after I’m there working -I contact management, tractor speed stays at 67, no apologies for misleading information, and drug test cost -dispatch lies and routes me to terminal, for “safety conversation”, really to part ways early -paycheck missing breakdown pay, contact management, no response -third paycheck assessed a 100$ mattress fee, because I asked for a top bunk mattress, still no breakdown pay -All of this because I contacted them about the misleading information provided to me prior to orientation, provided my two weeks notice in case things didnt work out lol Don’t sign the arbitration portion of the 59 page contract, gives them more leverage to do whatever they want to independent contract drivers It was one thing after another with this place, very sad. Top manager didn’t do anything about it. Why become offended and not pay someone? Currently with another company, down the street from them, no issues, honest and respectful

I don’t drive during the winters. This is my 3rd year returning to Highboost. I leave my deposit here so I don’t have to worry about it. Never had an issue with pay here. Always on time and always correct. I’ve been driving for over 10 years and this is the best company I’ve been with so far!
