There are companies that pay more but the fringe benefits are great. Management always available, home time requests always met. Had a couple pay hiccups that were fixed before checks were processed. So I got paid properly and on time. Everyone knows your name, even when I haven’t met them lol. Never had a problem getting equipment repaired at terminal or on the road.

Pros

Great atmosphere Never wait on a load If you run hard they will keep up with you just keep your dispatch up dated.

Cons

Pay could be better. Not very good at scheduling weekend work if you request it. Out and back contract customers are the priority. But if you live close by it gets you by the house middle of the week sometimes.

Decent starter company only if you’re able to learn by watching others don’t expect much from training staff. Pay is very low unless you’re on the RGN crew but to get there you have to brown nose the CEO and senior drivers.
