Fairly typical local sand, gravel, and asphalt delivery using Truck & pup end-dump, Semi-truck belly-dump. Not a bad place to work if you don't mind being controlled by several layers of management, a parent company, as well as an umbrella MegaCorp.

Pros

1. Good Insurance, Dental, Vision 2. 50 to 70 hrs. Week, 3. Home daily 4. New Incentive Pay Program

Cons

Unrealistic expectations placed on drivers by superintendents and job foremen who have never driven a truck before. You'll fit right in if you have no self respect or are prepared to lose all self respect by driving twenty to thirty year old trucks that haven't been maintained properly. Also. You may want to be prepared to be disrespected as a driver and as a human being by a poorly disguised Good old boy's network typified by homophobia, misogyny and subtle racism.
