Company used to be ok now management sucks and dispatching sucks. Soon as they don't get there way with you they route to Chicago and let you go. They also play with your check every week , and when you on hometime they hold your check until you get back on the road driving. They went from 1st to worse would not recommend. I warned you!

This is the worse company to work for soon as you don’t run how they want you too they are going to set you up take your truck with all you belongings and tell you to find you own way home no matter how hard you drive that don’t care about you all they want is the money please find work elsewhere And the safety manager is garbage. She’s the worst manager company can have. She the one leaving people stranded with no way home soon as she don’t see what’s she wants out of you ….

Run they will lie to you I still haven’t received my 1500 after I left in June and to I could come back with two months handle family issues they tell you will get raises .5 to .7 cents after 90 days that’s a lie I worked there from January to June upon hiring they ask what state do u not run in I told them they it wasn’t a problem but when I tried to come back it was a problem then I was 4 accidents 3 was my fault first one was at a truckstop getting fuel pull up to the line and park went inside to get receipt when I came out people saying a truck driver came through flying and hit my truck in another truck and drove off. I still have the video. Second accident, I was parked in Georgia at night at a truckstop when a flatbed truck trying to backing you hit me while I was sleep still have paperwork on that wasn’t my fault The third accident a lady fell asleep driving and hit me on the interstate. I’ll voided other trucks and cars and pull my truck over police gang. She admitted to fall asleep and hit me wasn’t my fault and passed drug test fourth accident baging into Dock Door when door hits the right side of the shipper door and came out, I was told after I left the truck was in good condition. I was told in 45 days I will receive my Money which is roughly $500 out of 1500 to pay for the door when I called to check on my money they kept hanging up cussing me out, avoiding my calls then Christina called and told me That I will be getting paid the following Friday. Friday never received when I called back they Stop answering that’s why I made the comment. Explain it and warning everyone now since then they tried to paint a bad picture on me. That’s why I’m responding with a second review but I still have everything documented from wracks Pictures and paperwork text message to also

I would not recommend anyone to work with these crooks. First of all truck I had was always broke down. The dispatchers don't care about your wellbeing they just want to run you into the ground. The loads were always jacked up to the point where it was impossible to deliver on time because the broker doesn't know to set an appropriate delivery time and you experience major delays. I would stay out a month at a time and they would only give me 2 days off when I should have had 4 days off. No benefits with this company and you have to sift through all the bs cause it's a 1099 company. You have to setup llc, business account, and hire a cpa account for business taxes. Its a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone. I wish I'd waited for something better but I was desperate to get back on the road so I took this job. Never work for a Russian trucking company especially one out here in Chicago area like this one. When I left I was so mad I drove the truck home and told them they could come get it I was done with trucking. They falsely accused me of damaging their truck and charged me so they wouldn't have to pay me my wages and money i paid into a escrow. I believe they have been doing this to drivers for years I just wish there was something I could do but it doesn't seem worth the effort to get tied up in small claims court and I live out of state. I'll just trust karma gets them sooner or later. #
truck drivers ain't got a chance against these sleezy companies doing them dirty. There should be something in place to prevent companies from doing this to their employees. Once again I'll just take it on the chin and pick myself back up again. It only cost me $3000 to get this trash out of my life and I'm more at peace now not dealing with their bs. Do what you like it's just one drivers experience.
