Currently i work here as a road driver for over 13 years. My experience is just the opposite of the reviews i see here is what prompted me to review. The pay and home time is a lot better than the other trucking companies in the area. (I know as i have worked for most of them. Dispatch is always there to help you if you need it, and the trucks get service before every trip.

Pay! Home time, lots of work always available

Benefits cost could be better but they are expensive wherever you work.

I worked for them in 2004 to 2005 Larry is the owner and he's a cheapskate that breaks the law by paying his drivers straight-time pay only for local drivers stay far away from them, the dispatch manager Greg Hussey is also a jerk.

The equipment is very bad. 2000-2007 Freightliner/Volvo frankensteins. Freightliner bodies put onto Volvo frames and vice versa, along with parts. The owner is a tyrant and his nephew runs the garage. Things that go wrong with your truck are rarely addressed. They have a revolving door of office personnel. In just 1 year they hired 5 men that would quit after 1-3 months.

Pros

You can get home weekly.

Cons

Constant breakdowns, welded fifth wheels. You are allowed either heat or A/C, never both. They shut the A/C off on you when you want the heat turned on and vice versa.
