Love this company ???? YES they let me stay home when I want to and drive when I want to, only operates in 10 western states and usually in rural agricultural settings. Many of the loads are LTL and require nothing more than a few straps or chains. Benefits are excellent as is healthcare insurance. Weekly safety bonus last week was a guided fishing trip!!
Pros
Money, home time, benefits, respect and admiration of my 38 year driving career and experience.
Cons
Sometimes I go to the West coast. It really is a pain but they pay extra.
