Work intermodal out of Jacksonville FL over worked very underpaid. USPS Makes 3x more doing same job. With a hazmat and Twic card I can make more flipping burgers

Home when I want to be off when I want They don’t care cuz they need my truck for another eager driver to take a swing at paying his rent

Cons

Pay is lowest in the region . Require a degree to manage so you know back office has no experience as a driver Promoting company drivers to plan is a start Open door policy is a joke
