The problem with this company to be a flatbed operation you run on van rates $1.85 a mile. They also over micromanage drivers freight is way too cheap for that. Communication is shot only get to talk to Dispatcher nobody else. You're fixed as a lease is $1500 or more not including fuel you would gross around 4k to 5k a week. You would definitely go broke coming here.

I had a good dispatcher he would go to bat for me. But this company has a problem sending drivers home. They are heartless also I had a heart attack and they fired me and wouldn't even sign a paper so I could get snap benefits. I was in trouble no comp no unemployment benefits and couldn't get snap benefits for food. They are heartless.

Pros

Good miles and good pay

Cons

Home time sucked they were all about the company your life didn't matter to them

This company will make excuses for the dispatchers messing up and not pay their drivers when they are suppose to! It’s happened four times!

Pros

Decent money and trucks

Cons

Horrible dispatchers that are just lazy!

This company will lie on you to make other employers not want to hire you. Once they found out I had applied for another job, they lied and said I abandoned a truck when I actually put it in the shop. Then turned around and told me if I were to come back and work for them, they would take the abandonment off my record. Just to get it removed, I agreed but once I got back, they had someone else to pick up the truck from the shop. Now I’m stuck with this crap on my record. NEVER TRUST THEM

I just left this company and I can tell you it's going down hill fast. Do not do their lease purchase, in this economy you will loose everything. Their load planners are a joke. Operations managers are a joke. No communication within the company. You're best to find somewhere else. Out of a class of 12 drivers, 8 have quit and it's only been 6 weeks. No one has to take my word for it, go apply and fing out for yourself.
