Equipment: International Pro was okay; but the extras were not -refrigerator door would not stay closed: repair refused, "Use duct tape" was the fix. -driver not allowed to install anything; ok but: CB had no power and was not attached to prevent movement except by power and antenna wires...I finished the install correctly -blower kit installed on driver side seat leaked air 3 times...I solved that, too. -when truck sent to dealer to fix bunk AC/Heat blower 'no power' problem, filter was left filthy and uninstalled, and Kelle mechanics did not know status nor location of truck during/after repair; when repair was done, told to go find truckk: it was still at dealer w/repair not complete. ---Home time ok. ---Driver Managers mismanage drivers: too much repowering: waiting 3-5 hours to meet for repower sucks up drive time for which there is no pay and delays getting paperwork in for getting paid timely for the run; driver might have to miss a payday till the next pay day and you can give up 1100 miles for a 200 mile repower. I was OTR but constantly only ran 600 mile runs that take 2.5 days because you cannot deliver load early; or you get tasked with running local work. Bad planning by amateur DMs and of course, ANTHING they screw up is the driver's fault. For every load, every driver pays $25 driver bond (I was never officially bonded), expenses show up on driver's payroll instead of on company's expense account - seems like some sharp bookkeeping to me. Do not waste you time with these people.

Pros

None: managers, et al, smile at you but will ultimately ignore your concerns. At least the mechanics don't hide there disgust of drivers by cold, unsmiling, unfriendly treatment. Drivers are said to be important but are really considered with disdain. Do not waste you time with these people.

Cons

Management mistakes are driver responsibility; driver pay not above board; mechanics seem not capable of simple installs nor administrative items like where the truck is in repair stages, or physically located, or returning ignition keys; ended up having repairs done on the road to avoid the holier-than-thou attitudes of staff and mechanics. Do not waste you time with these people.

Cannot install own CB; must be done for you: mechanics, with attitudes, installed CB, did not secure it except by CB wiring; had to re-install power wiring so that it was working. I choose not to go home often. Pay is lousy: am OTR but have had 6 consecutive Regional runs, i.e., 872 miles that took 4 days from PU to Del. Have to complain to get better runs and that only gets me a1178mi run. Weekly miles suck. Refrigerated loads. Am not working here much longer.

Pros

Most everyone, except driver manager assigned, tries to be helpful and are responsive. Driver mgr assigned CYA's much better than manages drivers which amounts to mis-management. No Pros here. Am not working here much longer.

Cons

Driver mis-manager I am assigned, shirks requests, practices magnificent style of CYA, always passes buck, always telling me what he "needs", one way communicator, doesn't understand HOS subjects, doesn't use HOS/other DM software available, tells drivers he "needs" us not to call; next thing I know, he's calling: one way communicator. Drivers are charged $25 bond on every load: bookkeeeping is very 'sharp'-apparently legal, but very sharp. Avoid this company.
