Very bad company to work for thy tell owner operators 67-70% pay when its actually 25-35% they have a mechanic shop with no actual mechanics and they charge more than a certified dealer they charge the drivers for chassi use and they charge the customer you take a day off or a week for whatever reason that’s medical or personal they blow up your phone all day every day just a horrible horrible company to work for I was there for 8 years and thank god I left they were not like that before but greed and the love of money changes people

Pros

No pros at all these days

Cons

Forced Dispacth expensive fuel expensive mechanic shop

Good company run by good people. I have been here for nearly 2 year and never see myself going back to a mega carrier like Swift, J.B. Hunt, or Schneider. You do have to run hard at Kiswani, but you will be well compensated for it. The staff are great, dispatchers have their moments, but everyone is close and seems to get on well. The shop does great work and are very competent. As far as equipment goes, I think they put their money in the right place. The tractors are a ragtag, but well maintained group of Cascadias, Columbias, and Obligatory White Volvos, in sleeper and daycab form. A fleet lineup would find veterans from many different fleets including Schneider, Walmart, Publix, A&R Logistics, and Ryder. They really spent their money on their chassis fleet, which rivals most any drayage company out of Chicago. I see many companies with shiny new trucks and junky private chassis with dayton wheels and retreaded tires.

Pros

Nice people, all manual fleet, plenty of work to do

Cons

They might work you to death if you let them.
