The lady that was running the company, in the past, is still involved with lancor, calling the shots from behind the scenes won't be such a bad company. If drivers would be hired solely on there skill set, etc,. & Not for Self Preservation. J

As far as the lady that runs dispatch I think does an outstanding job considering the distractions she faces everyday. When comparing the revenue numbers per truck to other industry leaders they would kill to have her on their team to achieve those numbers. Behind the scenes you do not see the verbal abuse she takes as a women in a tough industry and the sacrifices she has made to make Lancor what it is today. She is a rock star and a joy to work with when you get to know her.

As A professional driver, working for the company, I can honestly say I never had a problem. From the the lady that runs the place or my dispatchers, as for the ops mgr that was hired, he was A unprofessional argumentative jerk,. That constantly ignored drivers phone calls. Overall not a bad company every company has flaws

The older woman running dispatch, is an awful, unprofessional, verbally abusive, heathen. She berates and fires drivers on a whim. No one dare contradict her. She will abuse you unmercifully. She has destroyed the company to the point that 22 of their 30 tractors were recent repossessed.

Pros

They hired a new Ops Manager and he was a breath of fresh air. It didn’t take long for the woman previously mentioned, to chase him off with her total disregard for anyone or anything.

Cons

No money for fuel. Payroll bounced 2 weeks in a row. Company drivers forced to buy own fuel.
