I've been a truck driver at LJM INTERNATIONAL for about 10 years It's the best company I've worked for in my 35 years as a truck driver I have been driving a new truck since the first day The company has all new trucks with all the equipment that every driver wants to have in a truck from microwave tv and everything else Communication whit dispatchers is 10+ and certainly whit everyone else in the company As a truck driver I have 24/7 support everywhere To all truck drivers I offer a job as a truck driver in this company THE BEST COMPANY LJM INTERNATIONAL

Ive been working with LJM International and overall its been a solid experience. They keep their word when it comes to loads and miles... Ive been getting what I was promised from the start. I started in a 2021 Cascadia, and after about 3 months they upgraded me to a brand new orange Cascadia just like they said they would. Home time is usually after a minimum of 2 weeks out... not perfect, but honestly better than a lot of companies out there right now. Dispatch has been great! Young guy, but respectful and easy to work with, which you dont always see these days. They run only dry vans, and pay is consistent every Friday. No company is perfect...but so far they have been great to me

Pros

Consistent miles, respectful dispatch, weekly pay always on time, well-maintained equipment

Cons

So far none

HOS so you can drive 16 to 18 hrs. I have done this a few times til I put a stop to it! They will try and force you to drive illegally. I have proof of this I also reported them to the FMCSA's. They are aware of this foreigner company out of Lincoln park New Jersey. They claim that "Mario" the dispatcher/planner is the best in the company. He is a rude pathetic conniving little man. He will have no respect for you. No matter how humble or respectful you are. The yard manager "ogro" is another flagrant dude to watch out for. He was suppose to watch over my car at the yard and instead he parked my $60,000 Lexus under a parked empty trlr! He left my car there for over 2 weeks and the fifth wheel grease ate my cars paint. I had to get the police involved. The owner of the company victor paid thousands to get my car fixed. Only after I stated I would press charges did he agree to pay. Because of this, these Macedonians got together and decided to target and discriminate against me. They played with my money! For three weeks I was paid $600 every week!!! Til I finally decided that it was time to go. Even the Safety lady "Helena" was in on it! This heifer is evil! be on your P's & Q's with her! I have recordings of theft accusations towards me from them trying to justify their despicable actions towards me. I also have phone recordings that I can use to press charges on this company. I have been driving for 17 years and I have never experienced a company like this! This is a bait and switch company. Don't be fooled. They claim they have newer trucks but it's a Lie! They're disgusting dirty high mileage trucks. They claim 24 hours dispatch but all they have is one girl and one dude that will only tell you, "you will have to call dispatch in the morning ". You will have a hard time understanding every single one of them! They sound like broken down Russians. They stick together so you will not win unless you have proof. Anyways' you don't have to take my word for it when I say look elsewhere. Good luck to you driver.

Pros

None!

Cons

Old broken down trucks. Bait and Switch. 1099 with cameras in their trucks the type that follows your eyes than they claim distracting driving and you lose your safe driving bonus.
