As a Logiflex Inc former driver I can honestly say that they are the best company to work for if it wasn't for my health I'd still be working for them.
I give them a five star by hands down the best company I've ever worked for. The owner treat you just like family gives you the uttermost most respect. It took me a long time to come to grasp with the kindness that they share. They do everything exactly when they say they're going to do it and sometimes before. The dispatch are all amazing and very helpful. They know what US truck drivers have to go through to do our job and they stand behind us and work with us never against us. I say to you... if you're looking for a really good job.. you have founded it here. The money is always good. They're never late with your money. Drive the newest equipment on the road. They keep up with the maintenance very very well. I've got almost 20 years in the driving industry and I have been with lots of companies and as you know lots of companies come with lots of Lies you'll never find that here. Take it from me I'm just another driver trying to make a living. Good luck everyone on your search if you do not choose this place. I would have to say you're going to regret not trying them out. Good miles and great pay. I have been with Logiflex for little over a year. I drive 2019 Volvo and nothing to complain. My dispatcher, Kevin, is great and he always has my next load ready when I drop my load.
ATTENTION!!!! Warning to any and all drivers who are considering accepting a job with Logiflex.Inc!!! Before you accept a job with this company, there are a few things you NEED to be aware of!!! If you have been talking to a recruiter from Logiflex.Inc, you have been LIED to!!! You might be wondering in what way the recruiter lied to you...well, sit back and relax while I enlighten you! I am the wife of one of Logiflex past drivers. When my husband was contacted by the recruiter, he gave MANY guarantees...which that in itself is a lie...as any driver knows, there is NO such thing as a guarantee in trucking!!! But, my husband just blew it off, as he was looking for a job. 1st lie...My husband was told that Logiflex drivers get 3,000 miles a week GUARANTEED...LIE...he has NEVER gotten that many miles in a week...EVER!!! 2nd lie...The recruiter told my husband that they offer FULL BENEFITS!!!...LIE...after we waited for the 90 days for the insurance packet to come in, which never came, my husband contacted his DM and was told that they DON'T have company insurance, but we could contact their broker to get insurance...which is NO different than going to the market place to get our insurance...AND, to make it worse, we found this out just a few hours before the cut off time to GET insurance. Which means, we have spent the last year without health insurance! 3rd lie...Great 24/7 after hours support...LIE...every time my husband has needed to contact 24/7, he ended up dealing with people that couldn't help him, and basically had NO idea what to do! Something happens over the weekend, you are pretty much on your own! 4th lie...Be home when needed...LIE...the drivers for this company are expected to be on the road all but 4 days a month, and even though you give them PLENTY of noticed...in some cases months notice of an important date that you need to be home...they conveniently make it next to impossible to be home when needed! 5th lie..."you are the captain of your ship, if you deem it too dangerous to drive due to in climate weather, DON'T...safety first!"...LIE...On my husband last trip out, he woke up to a snowstorm which NO traffic was moving. After looking at the radar and seeing that the weather would clear in a couple hours, he decided it would be safer to wait out the storm. Granted that made him late for his delivery time by 3 hours as he was 1 1/2 hours away from his drop. once he got there, he was informed that he was going to have to set up a new appointment time. So he headed to a truck stop about 6 miles from the drop and contacted his DM about setting up a new time. Well, the only time available was for a week later...which is bad enough, but then when he asked about compensation for having to sit for a week, he was told that he would get NOTHING for his time!!! The reason they gave him was that other drivers that were in that area had made it to their appointments on time...which is no surprise considering they were IN the area and NOT an hour and a half away sitting in a storm. Then, to make matters worse...my husband DIDN'T make it home for Christmas...which is really the ONLY holiday that he cares about being home for!!! Well, that was the LAST STRAW!!! He has left the company and will be starting a better job...it's just too bad that he wasted his time working for such a sub-par company like Logiflex.Inc. So, in closing out this rant...if you are considering joining Logiflex.Inc...all we can say is...DRIVER, BEWARE!!!
