Everyone is payed the same wether you’re a driver or picker. Dispatchers will send you to several different county’s in a day. Management thinks they’re god. Some drivers are treated fairly some get double bar routes.

Pay a man what he is worth if does the job of 3 men pay him in ordinance if worthless pay that and listen to your DRIVERS
