Filled out application took the #### test and was hired quickly ….they were pushing me to fly out next day… I said I’ll drive!… got to outskirts of Chicago and got a text not a call saying sorry we can’t hire you because you haven’t worked at 2-3 OTR companies???? Wouldn’t reimburse my diesal cost $300 to travel to them and then blocked my phone from calling them!

I have been working with these guys for several months now and I can surely say this company is simply great to treat your employees. My past employer left me when my truck broke down and dispatcher were totally ignoring my requests. And in Manas Express, these guys are always ready to help you and take great care of their drivers!

A good place to work, but work is not so simple. The company has high expectations for its drivers, i. e. you need to carefully take care of the equipment and have always good communication. Dispatchers are very friendly and take care of every driver and at the same time very responsible

Pros

Great pay and benefits, newer equipment, good lanes, plenty of miles. NO FORCED DISPATCH. If you don't make money it's because you don't want to work.

Don't go there .totally illegal pay system. Slave to there contract. Read the contract and bring it to a lawyer and the it's.
