Great company. Mr McKenna is the best ( owner ) Containers ( intermodal) it’s tough business. You may do super one semester , than it slow to drastic point. Not in Mmf control I love that company

Everything except container businnes It’s unpredictable

None. If it’s slow , has nothing to do with Mmf. I miss them

By far the best drayage company to work for. Dispatch is always trying to help you make as much money as possible and there is lots of steady work. Pays better than other companies and they pay every week.

Pay, home-time, steady work, good people.

railroad equipment can be bad but that's not their fault.

After almost 27 years as a company driver I can't imagine working anywhere else! Assigned tractors, safety and performance bonuses, paid vacations that can be broken up into days.....Manchester Motor Freight is my home!

Great please to work! If you are a company driver they have excellent trucks! No trucks are older than 3 years and some are even brand new. All automatics with adaptive cruise control, heated seats, etc. Loads are all regional so you're home every night which is great!

Cons

Intermodal container work can be challenging but its great once you get the hang of it.

Worked for them in the late 80's, and left due to lack of respect from management ! Too much " free time" allowed to warehouses.

Cons

Not enough revenue to justify maintaining, and running a tractor for them. Too much " free time" given to warehouses.
