It's the money and they leave you alone, pretty much can get the miles I want. 80 cpm. They don't babysit the otr guys and I've heard Owner ops do well.

Stay away. Run don't walk. High turnover for a small company. Management is blind and incompetent. Poor equipment. Company provides no pay raises. Substandard pay for work.

Never missed a paycheck.

Poor management from HR to operations. Turnover is over 100%.

I am a relatively new company driver here at MC Tank. I enjoy working here as everyone is friendly and helps me to do my job. We are a medium sized carrier and it makes my job more interesting as I dont have the 'Mega' carrier problems.
