Overall great company. As with any company the management at locations can make or break. I’m out of Georgia. Great team, quick respond & fix issues, easy to grow within the company, competitive pay

Pros

Overtime after 50hrs, 25 paid days off, great affordable benefits, flexibility 5 day work week

Cons

12-14 hour work days, schedule based on seniority, dispatch pushes your clock if you allow

Totally toxic environment. Constant threats of termination over the smallest mistake. You're treated as a machine, and expected to operate as one. Cameras in all equipment, and you will be called in over the smallest thing short of perfection. No overtime, only activity based pay. Don't waste your time- you can do better.
