Horrible company to work for. Lied to me since day one. Fleet Manager is a joke. Do yourself a favor and run. They will say anything to get you onboard.
Terrible schedule with real problems in warehouse with getting trailers loaded. Never looking out for driver at all. The delivery locations are a freaking joke, dangerous! Dispatchers are good but Fleet Manager needs to go pack sand. He’s running company in the ground.
Cons
Horrible Management team and unsafe delivery locations.

Awesome company. I team drive out of kingman Az - Stockton ca - back home daily Monday through Friday. Weekends home. Been with Meyer 3 years and have no plans on going anywhere else. Absolutely great company to work for, great management that I deal with, great support, new trucks at 500k (1.5 years). I would recommend this job to anyone with a good work ethic who’s looking to get paid! 10 months into the year and grossed 106k so far
Pros
Great pay, home daily, weekend off, new equipment
Cons
I don’t have any cons really… $5k deductible for medical sucks I guess.

This company hired me and a friend right out of driving school to team for them.. Been here a year and a half and have not one complaint. We were issued a brand new truck, a dedicated run of 6k miles a week along w bonus. Anytime there is an issue w our truck it is fixed right away. We work Monday through Friday w weekends off. Need a day or two or three off? Just ask. Fill in driver always on call. My first year here I made 93k which included about 2-3 weeks off time for stuff I wanted to go do and also only running 3 days a week for two months during covid. I’ll be right in the 110k range this year. This place rocks!
Pros
Money, equip, great management..

This company is growing very fast and is needing drivers. If you are willing to work they will put you to work. You get paid on your experience not how long you've been at the company. I am a team driver and make a pretty good living here.
Pros
good miles, feels like family
Cons
not enough drivers to keep up with there growth
