Small trucking company thats trying to survive in this market. Just came to work for them, guys are not bad. They seem that they have lost their motivation. Need to put fire in the team.

I have been working for Milliy logistics since July and I have never had any problems with them. They respect my home time and my work. Dispatcher Han is the best one out there.

From my own experience, company owner and staff who I met at Cincinnati office aredoing their best to keep drivers moving, I got evicted, and had no place to stay with my family, owner helped me out found a place to stay for my family and gave me 2023 Kenworth. Its been over 6 month now, me and my wife are happy. Some comments are right, there are some miscommunications between dispatchers and drivers but everybody is doing their best here. I personally saw at least 10-15 people who says Milliy Logistics is bad and after month or two they came back again to work with the company.

Whoever want to work for this Company please don’t please they don’t want to pay you on Time They’re just using you to deliver their load and you get Nothing at the end of the day so please work somewhere else that worth your Time I worked three weeks with them and didn’t get paid yet. They just send me money through cash app so please guys work where you deserve don’t waste your time with this company.

These people is not Wht u think they rude and don't wanna help u get nothing done are fix they take there time only thing they want is for u to deliver loads and the routes is very short as a team u should get 1000 are better miles to run but they only was giving us 3 to 400 miles runs no good
