It a company built on lies. They brag about being respectful of drivers and have plenty of miles only for those that bend over for them. From what I have seen they disrespect drivers have seen acts of racism

Great staff, always available. Equipment and pay are very good. Pets ok. Very nice new driver lounge and office area.

Overall i would say MNS1 is a pretty good company to work for. Just as every company has short falls. So do they. Weekly pay on fridays, if you want to stay out on Saturday you can but they will make you do a 34 no matter what. So might as well get home. Im usually home friday afternoon then back to work monday. They try hard to get you at least 2500miles M-F. Mostly day time driving with the whole fleet being dry van. Some drop and hook with some live load. Thankfully the live loads have been fairly quick from my experience. 2-3 hrs at most. Rarely ill have to wait longer but if you do they are great about detention pay so long as you communicate with them so they can let the brokers know.

Great trucks, some new trailers and some older trailers Governed @70mph Mostly everyone employed with the company is very friendly and willing to help however they can. Xm radio and Good bonuses!

Cons

communication can be difficult. Shop time is brutal!! They close on weekends. So any work to the truck must be done while your clock is running/drivers work day. If you go into shop be prepared to lose a full day of work. Anything over 6 hrs they will pay detention on($100) not great but its something. Lots of different positions in the company. That can make it confusing when first starting on who to contact about issues. Very corporate structure, that makes it difficult to get correct an

This company is a joke not for American workers they only want flip-flop drivers in their own kind they try to over talk you won't listen to what you have to say uninformed and they still wanted me to be in a truck
