I have been leasing from them for about a year now and i have not had any problems. Depending on the market, i have had low weeks and high weeks. The most I've taken home has been $3845 after deductions, the lowest paycheck i have from them is $1825. I stay on the road between 2-4 weeks at a time. I have my dog with me, but i cannot have riders.

Pros

great people to work with pay on time hometime as promised

Cons

I pull a reefer, so night driving is necessary at times

DO NOT do their lease program! I had $23k gross on the books and they refused to pay me so I had to sue them in court. They’re currently under investigation by FMCSA and the IRS and they absolutely will screw you! I waited 6 weeks to get paid and they refused to pay. Current running total owed to me for loads already completed $17,632 AFTER overhead expenses covered! Literally everything but the equipment is garbage. Dispatchers think $5k from WA to LA with 4 drops same day in LA is good money and constantly run cheap CHR loads that are super heavy. Short runs multiple drops LOTS of Walmart runs where you sit for DAYS to get unloaded then share the layover and detention pay with dispatch. Refuse to provide ratecon to show that’s what they’re actually being paid for the run they’ve removed PC & yard move from the elogs so you have to violate HOS then call safety for them to fix the log (one reason they’re under investigation with FMCSA And they were told already to stop altering the logs) They require you to fuel at PFJ (even lease operators) and will shut off your fuel card if you DH home Consider yourself forewarned they’re a horrendous company, unorganized and don’t understand the Regs and WILL want you to violate your logs and overweight loads

Pros

Good equipment mine had Green APU, fridge and inverter

Cons

Literally everything about the company itself and “dispatchers” who have never actually driven but wanna tell the driver it can be done! For example 3 drops same day starting 11am Poway CA, drop 2 downtown LA 2pm, drop 3 MIDNIGHT in Redlands, CA. Had to violate HOS bc drop 1 took till 2:30pm so smack dab in the middle of LA bumper to bumper crawling traffic so 6 hours to get 63 miles to the 2nd stop. Those guys were fast at least which was awesome-the dock not dispatch- and then moving from LA t

Plenty of miles. Some of the fastest trucks in the industry. All trucks set at 75 MPH and above. Pay per mile is 65 to 75 CPM. Reefer or Dry van, take your pick. NO NYC or Long Island. No Canada or Mexico.

Pros

Fast trucks. I NEVER get passed. My truck was turned up to 80 MPH on my 1 year anniversary. Getting all brand new Reefer trailers. They have a large repair shop.

Cons

They do not buy brand new trucks. They buy used, and crank up the speed.

The equipment ranges but is very well upkept, as they have a shop on site. The loads are with high mileage and good pay for the current market. They pay cents per mile. I am happy with the company.

Pros

Good mileage, speed on truck, maintenance of truck, 24 hour dispatch

Cons

no cons thus far
