I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Navarro Trucking, and I can confidently say it was nothing short of a nightmare. Let me break down why you should steer clear of this company: 1. **Horrible Ownership**: The ownership of Navarro Trucking is nothing short of disastrous. Their lack of concern for employees and customers alike is appalling. It's clear that their primary focus is on profit, with little regard for anything else. 2. **Poor Management**: The management at Navarro Trucking is completely incompetent. They have no idea how to effectively run a business, let alone a trucking company. Their decisions are shortsighted and often result in chaos and frustration for everyone involved. 3. **Bad Training**: If you're expecting proper training at Navarro Trucking, think again. Their training program is a joke, leaving new hires unprepared and ill-equipped for the challenges of the job. It's no wonder accidents and mistakes are so common among their drivers. 4. **Corrupt Payroll Practices**: Navarro Trucking's payroll practices are downright corrupt. They constantly shortchange their employees, "forget" to pay overtime, and manipulate hours to save a buck. It's a disgraceful way to treat hardworking individuals who rely on their paycheck to make ends meet. In conclusion, Navarro Trucking is a company plagued by incompetence, greed, and a complete disregard for the well-being of their employees. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your trucking needs.

No pros at this company. Only lies and corruption.

Cons

Bad dispatching. Lies about pay. Owner doesn’t know what he is doing.

Company used to be good. Made alot of changes recently and most "veteran" drivers have left. Dispatch favors certain people. If you are not one of their favorites they will leave you sitting for 20 or more hours waiting for a load. Maintenance is a joke. Took me almost 2 months to get them to replace bad batteries until I threatened to bring it to the ta to have it done. Minimal communication between Dispatch and drivers. They look for reasons not to pay certain things. Like reimbursement for purchase made while on the road for equipment or materials needed for the job or they "forgot" to put in pto.

Pros

Ok pay. Good for a first driving job. To get experience.

Cons

Dispatch. Management. Maintenance. Too many drivers who do not understand or speak English.

The problem begins from the ownership down. Unprofessionalism is a part of company culture. Lies and deceit are prevalent. The company had potential but due to horrible decisions by owner, this company won't be around long.

Pros

Location, number of trucks (although old and falling apart)

Cons

Ownership, management, employees not working together.
