There is a lot I would love to warn you about as far as working for this company, but if I was a hundred percent honest, my review would end up removed... it is that bad. The owners goal is to maximize profits any way possible, legal or not. The management could care less if you live or die. HR is a joke, not even a funny joke. It appears that this company has a lot of unethical behavior both in the office and out. Not a good crown of people to be associated with. I wish I never worked here.

Pros

The office and dispatchers have creative ways of making their problems look like other peoples problems.

Cons

All lies and no action. They talk money but it never reaches the drivers. Fifty million dollar company and the drivers make Five hundred a week, they should be investigated.

This company is a joke. I really mean it. The only thing good about it is that they hire you from school just to get started, but please do not think that you’re going to make this a long run. This company will steal your money as hard as you work as far as you go all the stress that you take, they pay you a garbage miserable pay. they don’t really care about you out of the six months that I’ve been working there. I had about eight dispatchers that didn’t know what the #### they were doing and every time I get on the phone, I asked him what happened to the other dispatcher and they say that they quit. When I was about to quit, they told me to come in and talk to them about my experience and I told him and they told me that everything will be OK from that day on. My first little pay was 700 for the entire week and all the hard work that I’ve done. I was fed up with that. I expect to see high numbers with the type of license that I have so guarantee me it wouldn’t be lower than 1200. I give it a chance next so you know my pay two weeks later was 300 where did my money go? Nobody knows so they came and asked me to come in again and I grew integrity. and balls and left now I’m in a better company that treats me right I have never seen such a company to deal with employees and drivers the way Navarro does. I’m telling you for your benefit. Do not take this job serious and if you do get your six months and get the heck out of there.

Pros

Hires from school school

Cons

I was hired directly by the owner, no interview. Promised a percentage per load, hand shake deal. I was hustling, making good money and out of no where, the owner took 3% away. When I asked why, he would not give me an answer. Very bad company to work for. I talked to HR only to be told I was happy to have a job and given no reason for the paycut. Not a good company at all.

Pros

The good things are only to get you in the door.

Cons

Owners, managers, training is horrible, pay is nothing like they advertise.
