Their equipment is new but they don't maintain like they should the pay is not very good. If you are a team do not hire on they don't know how to run or pay a team. All they care about is their equipment and the load. We had an accident and got hurt all the owner could ask me was how the load was. He also took $1100 insurance debuctable out of checks and left us with $150dollars to live on. He has never called us to see how we are doing. You also don't want to get hurt on the job with this guy because he has a history of not filing workman's comp claims you can verify this by call Idaho industrial commission
