Management and staff work diligently to secure consistent buissness so drivers can earn a stable living, and payroll is always reliable. What truly sets Old James Freight apart is the care they show their team. When I experienced a personal loss, the support I received, emotional and financial, from our dispatchers, the safety department, the clerical team and the owner (Bogden Roman) was remarkable. They checked in on me , offered help, and made sure I had what I needed during a very difficult time . Old James Freight is a wonderful place to work.Everyone knows each other, everyone shows respect, and you’re valued as a person, not just a number.
