A small, local company. Be a good driver and good things will happen to you. As at any place, the more you work, the more you get paid.

Pros

Small operation. You are not a number

Cons

They expect you to work

Good going "Joey"..we love the may you micromanage your lease operators...love the way you don't pay the way the drivers sheets that you show all people considering leasing on... nothing but a bogus sheet you and val dreamed up... truthfully...our truck is making in one day, what you payed us in two weeks after all deductions...can't wait to see when you have to close the doors on your shady operation. Hoping you're enjoying that Corvette that you bought by skimming drivers wages

Pros

Nothing

Cons

A micromanaging boss A lying dispatcher Little to no pay after all expenses Deliver a load..with a few delays that isn't the drivers fault...they terminate the lease and find bullshit deductions that don't exist so they don't pay you for anything

Response from Oldenbroek Trucking

Well Tom, It doesn't surprise me that you wrote a review. You forgot to add that you pulled out of a dock and somebody got hurt and I still kept you around. Then you forgot to review how your wife took off the front of another truck in a truck stop. Oh you also forgot to mention that you you were late to a delivery and that cause us several hundred dollars in lost revenue. You also forgot to tell the truth about all the down time you spent on the road and at home. LIER YOUR JUST A LIER

In my opinion after pulling my truck only two months into a lease, Joe Oldenbroek is a verbally abusive megalomaniac. He claims to have been a driver and talks a good game about the trucking business. In reality, he is caustic, shallow man with what I can only assume is deep seated feelings of not measuring up in life and In business. Or, it could be he’s the kind of person who believes the old adage of “ If you ain’t Dutch, you ain’t much” Probably explains why there’s only a handful of owner operators and zero company trucks. I would highly recommend finding another motor carrier to lease on with. These guys have just the same loads as everyone else and they make you pay for insurance you are not legally required to have. All in all, a very disappointing experience and one better to avoid. Unless you like being verbally abused and treated like a piece of crap.

Pros

Can’t think of one, place sucks

Cons

One of the worst places to lease a truck

Response from Oldenbroek Trucking

I appreciate your review. We have always been an O/O trucking company and have a 12 year record. When you and your co-driver don't make deliveries on time it doesn't matter what we say we are always going to be wrong. No matter how we check you. We have the same feeling about you and how you conduct your business. The only difference is Your working under my MC# and we don't tolerate bad O/O
