The only good things about working there are the equipment which is brand new for most of the trucks and trailers and the paychecks if you're working decent hours you will take home a good paychecks . The bad things offset all that however because management is crowded with people who don't care about the drivers who are not familiar with our laws and will change their loads at the last minute regardless of a previous agreement and if a driver call in sick they will replace that driver and that driver will have #### to pay when coming back from sick day . Don't believe anything from management , they will not respect a previous agreement and even deny making such an agreement ... They tried real hard to denied me unemployment insurance and lied to their review board many times by omitting many facts and since u.i. is off sourcing their work a lot of their paper pusher would listen and believe anything . I had to file a complaint with the social security tribunal to reverse the u.i. decision and get all my money back . Not a good place to work if following the rules and regulations in the transport industry matters to you . Good thing I covered my back and took pictures of all the overweight loads scale receipts I pulled for them with their full knowledges . Let them try to deny that some of their loads are not over the legal limits ...
Pros
good equipment and proper maintenance on them .
Cons
Dishonest management , they will lie to every driver and customer after a while .

Worse upper management, too many managers. Dispatch is horribly managed. Drivers are been forced to interstate. High turnover driver rate. Micromanaging drivers, and no Intel for the drivers for road closures, accidents etc. Company losing accounts due to various reasons.
Pros
Newer trucks, fair trailers
Cons
Interstaing, no dedicated runs, micromanagement, lack of trust for drivers, untrained dispatch, poor upper management.
