Pros

They pay for breakdown time and other stuff you don't expect. Even traffic and weather layovers. Good equipment. Pay is good. All drivers got three good raises in the last year because rates are up. Benefits are better than normal. Notthe best probably but good. If your not running a lot of miles they pay on the hour.

Cons

Lots of extra little local work. Good if you want to make more money but sometimes you don't want to after your normal run. They don't make you but they ask a lot.
