Pros

The dispatchers are great to work with and most of the drivers are okay. They use a lot of temporary drivers in my opinion are unsafe. I don't like that it is a union I am not part of the Union but the union rules are unfair to those that are not in the Union.

Cons

The company has a lot of older trucks that need to be replaced. Some of the newer trucks need to be maintained in better condition. There is no scheduled maintenance for cleaning the truck and most of the time the driver has to do that
