Ratings and Reviews

Current Employee - Jan 10, 2025

Company cares about its employees and contractor drivers and is working to make a difference in a competitive market.

Pros

Home time. Can make good money but work/effort still matter. Training can be a few weeks or longer. Must be willing to learn the business. Driver loading & unloading is part of the process.

Cons

Some work at night to avoid traffic. Petroleum hauling is not for everyone.

Nice people, from the terminal manager to the dispatchers, but the pay structure is modified load pay, which strongly favors the company. Essentially the drivers are subsidizing the profitability of the company. There is ZERO work-life balance here. You will work a min. of 12 hours per day; more if they could get away with it.

Pros

A core group of nice people

Cons

Poor pay, terrible hours, no work-life balance.
