Great people to work for..they have all the same issues as any trucking co.they just deal with them differently.. in 7 years never had a problem their team didn't work out for me

New well maintained equipment, great home time, average industry pay and good benefits. Steady freight that keeps you going to familiar places and home every weekend and holiday

They're were some when I first started with them before electronic logging but they've evolved with the times

In retrospect, I wished I would have never worked there. Too much attitude, lack of respect, and no appreciation.

Pros

Weekends off and pay is great.

Cons

Very unorganized. Drivers are lazy. No enforcement of company policy. Drivers don't have a first name. They have no interest in a driver's personal life.

Been there a year and a half and had some growing pains with going from foodservice deliveries to bumping docks. Communication could be better at times, but pay and benefits are good. There are no weekends unless you have an understanding and they do ask for volunteers to cover weekend loads. The office staff is very nice and very understanding. None of them are loose cannons. They do expect a lot from their drivers, so expect to be rolling a lot. The equipment is fine for the most part and the trucks are some of the nicest looking around. Loads are paid by percentage. Pay checks are steady.
