Decent place to work. It's retail so the hours aren't the best but the pay is great for the type of work they do. Trucks are in good condition, all autos :-(, 3 years or less in age :-). Trailers aren't terrible, some old some new. Good maintenance department on duty 24/7 and on-site fueling. Management treats drivers pretty good. They've had some "gems" for dispatchers but managed to weed them out. The best thing is the amount of paid time off they provide and the easy work. I'd still work there if I didn't move south.

Pros

Lots paid time off compared to most other trucking jobs, ability to make good money depending on how much you want to work, decent equipment, management is approachable, home almost every day

Cons

Hours can be a pain but I heard they guarantee a weekend day off now to anyone that wants it, so that's a plus. Hard to get work in the slow season but they always found a way to keep me busy so I at least made my base, new guys can get stuck in the yard jockeying trailers for 8 hours on any given day which pays less than being on the road.
