The best job I've ever had. Great people and older but good equipment. Your expected to get your hands dirty from time to time. Part of trucking is checking and securing your load.

Junk trucks maintained by a blind mechanic. Bad pay for the work, ancient trailers, long hours. One dispatcher is a complete ###, the other is pretty fair.

Pros

Always desperate for drivers. If you're desperate for work, they'll always have a job for you. You can get tanker training and move on to a real company

Cons

Everything. Mechanics can't figure things out. Benefits aren't great, no matching 401k. Training is nonexistent. They may send you out with one person, one or two days and then from then on out it's up to you
