I would say overall the company really is not what it cut out to be you would think equipment would be in better shape it's not I don't have my truck in the shop 2 or 3 times for the same issue bearings on the Steer tires then they will give me another truck it would be turned down to about 63 miles an hour on the paddle 64 miles an hour on 65 miles an hour on the cruise which makes it to me unsafe on the road is just in bad shape and then the thing I didn't like was the fact that they going to rent your car to come there and then when you get there if you decide to leave they got a bunch of fines they got for you and all of this and makes it difficult to get your paperwork

Pros

The pros everything said that you would make between 51 empty 61 loaded I haven't seen where that came out to be then you down so much because of changing from one truck to another in all I thought it was a better situation said that you'll be home and I told him that I'm a diabetic and needed to be home on a regular never happened

Cons

The whole thing was a kind so I mean as far as I'm concerned I'm not pleased with this company at all but it's it's up to what it really are drivers looking for they try to seem like they try to push you into over the road and I was looking for something local so I'm very not pleased with it so I make it be a different situation for you so don't take my word for it basically come see it for yourself

the work is easy pay is decent the miles are crap. They're switching over to automatics Internationals with the crappy Bendix sensor. are you making get unlucky and be provided a LNG truck. The LNG trucks breakdown the moment you leave the shop. Horrible feeling that work. And now they started putting idle shut. Most trucks have electric Apu that are crap especially the LNG trucks

Pros

you get decent pay.

Cons

They don't care about your home time or your plans. You barely get enough miles 2000 or under

I've been at Raven since 2000. They have been consistent in earnings since day 1. It's run by very nice people. Equipment is top notch, well maintained and a brand new truck each time. Pay is currently 49.5 cpm. Home time is every 10 to 14 days.

Pros

consistent miles. good pay. great health insurance. excellent equipment.

Cons

would prefer more home time

I have searched and scoured every source I could think of from here on truckersreport to indeed.com and beyond about raven transport. I have found very very little if any negative about raven transport. In fact I have found nothing but positive about them. so I have decided to go to work for them. I read everything I could about them I have watched every youtube video about them. and I don't know what it is ,but for the first time in a very very long time of a 24 year driving career I am actually excited and very anxious to be going to a new driving job. wish me luck hope it is as good as it seems to be. any info from current Raven drivers is appreciated

Small company, mostly drop n hook. LNG trucks. Decent pay. I like it here. You won't get rich but after my previous jobs, it's been like a vacation.
