Decent pay but overall horrible company. Sales people make day very long and stressful. Difficult to find product on truck due to way its often loaded.

This place is a rat hole. You have Trans managers and supervisors.......that get in your face, tell you how to drive correctly......and they haven't even ever driven a tractor trailer!!! The dispatchers, both day and night, act like they are the queen of the place. They are both women......big, fat and hobble around. Oh, and to get an advancement at RFS, you have to be injured. They hire trans supervisors right out of the warehouse! They got hurt working in the warehouse!!!
