Looks Good at 1st but it's all for show. Family owned and operated sounds good untill you realize they are the ones pulling all the strings controlling everything and everyone. They will debunk this by claiming Carson CA Terminal does not communicate with Romeoville IL Terminal. Don't be fooled by the Drivers that have been there for many years with the company, they are for show and tell to keep the business going while they work you over the coals. No communication is the key here wich is then blamed on you. Another words flip the script. They will use Dispatch Mgr to start arguments with you and wait for you to respond and blame you for everything. This is not limited to your Dis.Mgr. They use everyone in the company to create a Hostile Environment against you. This also includes their loyal faithful crooked shippers and receivers that you will constantly have issues with! It's all on purpose. So beware everyone is on board with the revolving door plan of your exiting quietly. Don't worry about Bonuses because that's reserved for the Show & Tell Drivers not you! Trucks in their Santa Fe Springs & Romeoville Truck Shops will break down repeatedly over and over and you will assume it's the PACCAR Drive Train. When your antifreeze evaporates all the time from someone putting wrong antifreeze in to starter or battery cables being loosened so batteries won't charge from some or all 8 auto air inflate drive lines loosened so tires will gradually go flat while hauling a load down the highway at 70+ mph's!!! Everything is made to look like accidents and your fault! Dead Drivers tell no tells but this one barely escaped with my Life!!! You snd your SS# are needed for one reason and i think you can figure that one out. Keeping Millions in their pockets is the Game and your the write off! I stayed long as I could untill forced to resign because they knew that i knew too much and it was time for me to go before they could try and set me up again for another driver fault accident AKA Fatality. All I can say is everything I saw happening to other Drivers and me is the Truth 100% Been in this Trucking Game 25+ yrs and this R&R is one of the worst. Do yourself a favor and skip their false and fake advertisements and try somewhere else. Knowing is half the Battle! I suggest all Drivers take the time out write reviews on these Bad Trucking companies and turn them into the State Attorney General that they do business in. Check Mate!

Good equipment. All KW, Pete, Mack, and International. All have a fridge and household plugs. Governed at 72. Good miles, long length of haul. Dispatch and planners are always polite and helpful. Shop guys are cool and competent. The only complaint I have is that the Santa Fe Springs yard is far too small for this operation. If you come in to town on the weekend for a Monday delivery, you’re SOL for a spot. Oh, and night dispatch can be hit or miss. They do pay $50 a month for your phone bill. My favorite part is they treat you like a grown up and a professional driver. Handle your business and they stay out of your hair. A bonus structure that’s actually attainable and paid.

Pros

Great trucks, great trailers. Good freight that has a decent amount of drop and hook. Good miles.

Cons

The Santa Fe Springs yard is a major pain in the ### for both employee and truck/ trailer parking.

I’ve been with the company now for little over a year. In that time I think I’ve experienced all that they have to offer. First this is not a newby company to drive for, you really need to have your stuff together to succeed. On time delivery and time management are crucial to your success. If you’re looking miles, pay and great equipment and you have your #### together knock on their door a visit with them.

Pros

Equipment, miles, pay for those miles, great shipping lanes coast to coast but no north east routes.

Cons

There yards are tight and the Romeoville yard manager and all that work there are jerks, but I’m rarely there except for a drop and hook.
