The company is trying to do more than they have the drivers to do. Promised home time every weekend from the start and you have to beg to be home or even get your truck serviced.

Pros

Good equipment. Halfway decent loads

Cons

Shop manager can be a pain in the rear. Dispatchers do not care about their drivers. Low pay and some of the trashiest and nastiest places to load and unload at. 10/10 do not recommend

Good company to work for Dispatch office needs to be better,needs an up to date pay and benefit package,needs to expand freight lanes
