Been with company over 4 yrs that says lot for me for 35 yrs of trucking most companies didn't make it past 1.1/2. I'm different from most I stay out 6 to 8 wks n I go home 10 days or less all my choice. My dispatcher treats me great I never had force dispatch, lot times I'm asked what I want to do next. there long haul n short haul here. Company or least n w-2 or 1099 Staff is greatest from Safety to Payroll to Maintenance help. When time for pay for road service or garage service George is the man. because Efs check number there in mins to pay the bill n go. Equipment is new every 2 yrs n this is my second new truck being there.billing report in your email on Wed eve giving you chance correct anything missed by girls they can help out on the problem. I've never been rip off by this company and seen raises n bonus when are economy n fuel prices were good. That was never promise at hiring. I'll give them 5 star ???? because they been always good n helpfull to my needs n happy to see me when I get by the office.

You have to tell them how to do their job here. How to dispatch? How to get payroll right? How get maintenance done? Home time is an issue, unpredictable, maybe it's on a Saturday/Sunday or Monday/ Tuesday or Thursday/Friday. In the end they steal from your check ( I'm supposed to get paid for Effingham to Richmond, KY to Jonestown, PA , then Baltimore, MD to Mississippi, then Mississippi to Decatur, IL) only thing on my check was Richmond, KY to Fredericksburg, PA. I'm a civil person but they aren't honest.

Worst company to work with if you quit forget your last paycheck especially if you are far away from Illinois
