I worked for them for 6 months. I was hired to run a dedicated run. I ran it half the time otherwise I was running short haul. I was given a guarantee that I never received. The Vice President/owner will lie to get you to come aboard and lie about what he tells you.

Can’t trust a company that all the office people are related.
