Great company. Small, when compared to other companies (5 people in office at any given time), but do NOT let that stop you. These people work like a well oiled machine, its really nothing that ive seen before. Very impressive. Home time is phenomenal...when earned. (do not expect 5 days off, after only 5 days on) the average seems to be 3-4 weeks out, negotiable, and 7-10 days home. Equipment is unmatched. Brand New everything, and maintained to absolute perfection. Primarily an automatic fleet, but there are still some manual transmissions around (which i preffer).

Pros

Excellent office staff Vast and consistent miles (teams can expect 6800-7300 miles, legally in a pay period) Pay is great, and always on time. Company has extremely effecient mechanic garage - anything broken, is fixed, and ASAP. Staff is very kind, and professional. Some of the best in class, that I have met.

Cons

Honestly, none that i personally can think of (each driver is different). This is a no nonsense trucking company, for TRUCKERS.
