They do not pay overtime and you work more than 40hours a week and they don't care about you!

There are no pros to this company!

Cons

Lowest pay drivers in the freight industry and they don't pay overtime to their drivers which by law they post to pay overtime!

Very OLD equipment '05 being the oldest. Starting pay is .38 with experience does it increase to .42 Just recently did the company go to E-Logs. Home weekly if your a Regional Driver never agree to go off that or they will try to run you like an OTR driver. If you show them that you're willing to work they will utilize you and you will average about 2700 miles a week. Company relies a lot on its LTL it does have TL .They hire drivers with no experience whatsoever, can't remember when the last time I saw the same driver in the same truck. The dispatchers are like at any other company.
