Coming home every other weekend is better than being away for 2 months for sure. My pay is as expected and in the short time I've been here my 401k account has grown more than it did with my former employer because the company does provide a match.

mutual respect, the people, home time and the equipment

It gets lonely on the road. A rider policy would be nice.
