Everything he said above is true especially the in cab cameras. Yawning was my last point. It is stressful enough already. Me, Environmental Hazmat. Same trucks and 48 53 ft box trailers. A man can only take so much nit picking from the camera and they are set tight.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, Some fair management

Cons

My attitude towards the driver facing cameras is my problem. I have one where I work now and made my mind, it is there, you will go before it does. Still makes me appaplectic. The rules are not fair in regards to Stericycle cameras. You can't do what is required with a manual transmission. Planned parenthood. All lives matter! The straw that broke the drivers back. I was indirectly put in a situation where a biohazard division would normally be. As I mentioned above. That straw goes against my

Company has installed cameras which film the driver. Management nitpicks you on every precieved mistake. One driver was given a warning for blowing his nose. They have a point system which adds points to every supposed unsafe action in the truck. You can be fired for accumalating enough points. I don't know how many points that you have to have before you can be fired. Management will not tell me when I asked them specifically for that number. You can be fired if you recieve a ticket that could be considered covered by a pre-trip. They will not tell you what they want covered in a pre-trip. They put you through lots of training, but the pay isn't very good considering that you have to deal with hazardous waste. You can make more money hualing ltl. Very corporate type of atmosphere. I don't even get 40hrs a week. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They don't back up their drivers. They don't put anything in writing
