Equipment is run very hard. Slip seat one driver out another driver gets right in, doesn't leave much time for preventive maintenance or maintain in general. Home everyday, night depending on your shift. Loads are gasoline fuel loads to our own convenient stores, some 300+.
Pros
Company paid 100% retirement non Union great family owned employee owned co.
Cons
Work schedule is tough, hardly any weekends off. Night shift is tough to get used to for some.
