STI (Skinner Transport Inc) has a good staff everyone seems to be doing a good job. However, they do not have much work. Drivers get paid about $800/week averaging $45,000/yr over 70% of the drivers have been there about 4 months. They shut down around December to January as companies don't put down asphalt in cold/wet weather. The trucks average about 440,000 miles and they have a good many break downs, they run Freightliners. Medical benefits start about 90 days after you start.

Pros

Very nice people to work for overall. Great home time as they have very little work.

Cons

Trucks breakdown a lot, low pay as they have very few loads, you will be off most of December/January, anytime its cold or rainy.
