You are constantly on call and it is a very difficult job constantly being away from your family or not knowing when you would be away from home. Management is a huge drain. Pay was good when there was actual work coming in.

No elog, fuel anywhere, trucks run the speed limit, get you home when you need or want to be home, nice small company
