They are a good company if you want to be home weekly and stay in texas for regional. If your a mover and want miles then stay away. OTR gets ya 2200 to 2500 a week and there is no drop pay, hard to get detention for anything, it's a good company with good people and equipment but they have no hustle. They promise 3000 plus for otr but never happens. My average drive time for last 8 days is 6 hrs per day. Im use to getting 550 to 650 a day but not here. If your looking for laid back easy job with good home time then sign up it's for you. If your looking for miles and pay then pass on by... my honest opinion nothing more

Pros

Great people, good equipment, friendly Dispatchers and safety and shop are all good people. Good home time.

Cons

No miles, pay is backwards regional gets more $$ per mile than OTR. Hard to get detention pay. No real good benefits

I hope you like going from Dallas to Houston twice a week. Yes they do have other freight but are #### bent on just sending you back and forth to Houston. Forget it.

This company cares nothing for it's drivers, they only care about the office staff. They don't reimburse for parking, or anything else. Their new yard is too small and isn't really made to hold heavy equipment. On regional the miles are low, and they reduced starting pay for drivers. I make 5 cents more than new hires and my pay isn't great, 2 or 3 cents less than industry standard. The dispatch during day is incompetent and rude, they love to gaslight you into thinking everything is your fault when it obviously the fact none of them can count. Dispatch during night is minimal and basically useless. And recently they try real hard to ignore the fact that when hired they promised great home time. First 2 years I never heard 34 anything. Now they try hard to cut your 2 days off as much as they can.

Pros

Stay close to Texas and mostly good home time.

Cons

Stupid dispatch, mixed equipment quality, really bad APUs, horrible yard, low miles and pay.
