Even starting working company is a failure, they will start you out and make you feel like family but they are some real scammers, those are not new trucks at all don't let that commercial crap lie to you these folks are just like western express!!! I'd like to give them no stars if I could!!!

Pros

Don't do it

Cons

Stay away from them, they are like sheep in wolf clothing

Good support, good equipment, good steady rates. Working with them for the last 4 years. Started as a company driver, got on the lease program, and just paid off my truck. Will recommend it to anyone who wants to work hard towards and achieve their goals.

Pros

Rates, equipment, support, and home time.

Cons

Its OTR, and if it's not for you dont expect to be home every weekend

Naw. I won't recommend doing their lease purchase scam. The truck I got started breaking down the second week, probably lost 4-5 days without compensation staying in hotels instead of working. With the payments and shifty rates I was taking home around $1400-2200 a week. Could have made more as company driver. I feel like whoever drove the truck before me cut corners on maintenance and I got the big stifffy. Other people are good but the dispatcher I got assigned booked me terrible paying loads mostly south east. The loads were not consistent and depending on freight market, no dedicated accounts.

Pros

Friendly people in office, somewhat new equipment

Cons

Shifty rates, dispatchers from overseas, east and southeast mostly, high truck and trailer payment, otr only
