Lowest cost trucks they can get by with. Home time 34hr phone starts ringing before you get home. Pay is sad 1 third or more of your cheek is the tax money you would would get back at the end of the year anyway. They pay percentage take your tax money away and your pay per mile is very small. If u run UT, ID,Or, Wa only 2 or 3 small checks per month. 3400 to 42 miles a round. .They will not pay u for the last 7 to 10 days unless you have paperwork in by Tuesday so it will be 9 or10 more days before u gat a pay check . 99 percent of loads refrigerated.
Pros
Plenty of work, get u home 4 Christmas. Company paid BC BS INSURANCE and Dental.
Cons
NO home time. Low pay per mile. Don't care about your Health as long as you can work.
