Lies, cheating, stealing. COMPLETLY ILLEGAL LOGS! WANT 700-800 MILES DAILY. CONSTANTLY LIE ABOUT APPOINTMENT TIMES. EXAMPLE: TOLD ME TO PUSH IT, AND GO TO A WALMART DC A DAY EARLY. WE ALL KNOW THAT DOESN'T FLY WITH WALMART. CLAIMED DAMAGE ON TRUCK AND TRAILER RETURNED, AFTER WALK AROUND, INSIDE AND OUT. JUST TO KEEP ESCROW. WEST CHESTER OHIO ADDRESS IS PHONY. TOLD A JOB I APPLIED FOR WHEN CONTACTED, THAT I NEVER WORKED FOR THEM. I HAD TO SHOW TAX STATEMENT THAT THEY SENT ME. I HAVE PICTURES AND PROOF OF EVERYTHING, CAUSE I WAS CONSIDERING GOING TO COURT. I EVEN AQUIRED THEIR REAL NAMES. OZZY IS IN MY OPINION A SOCIOPATH. Another example: Had a driver go from east coast to west coast in Team Driver time frame, and when he got there, he sat for a day and a half for actual appointment. AVOID.

Tiflis Transportation is a solid company to work for. The pay is good and always on time, the equipment is well-maintained, and management treats you fairly. As long as you have good communication and understanding, everything runs smooth. Any questions I’ve had were always answered, which makes a big difference. Overall, a good place to drive and make money.”

Good company with steady miles, on time pay, and helpful dispatch. They treat drivers fair and make sure you have what you need on the road.

Plenty of miles, pay always comes on schedule, drivers are treated with respect, and dispatch is easy to work with.

Cons

Communication can be slow during busy times.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience with this company. The equipment is well-kept and modern, and they really try to set drivers up for success. You don’t feel like just a truck number here, dispatch and support staff are easy to reach 24/7, and if you put in the work, you can definitely make money. Compared some of the bigger name outfits that drain drivers with hidden costs, this place feels more straightforward. If you’re not afraid of miles, you’ll stay busy and paid.

Pros

On-time pay, 24/7 dispatch and roadside assistance, no unfair deductions, and you can easily get advance money whenever you need it.

Cons

The only downside I’ve run into is sometimes having to wait longer than normal at shippers or receivers, and dispatch/brokers can’t always do much about it.
